I started in AV in high school and developed my skills at my university’s technical production department where I also studied broadcasting from 2006 to 2010. After college, I worked for the news and churches until I took a job in IT, still staying active when I could in production. In 2017, I left my fulltime job to pursue freelancing full-time. Since 2020, I have been firmly planted in sports, corporate, and studio work. Last year, 2022, I filmed NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, MMA and more for ESPN, CBS, Bally, FOX, and other outlets. One highlight was operating long-lens for Fan Expo 2022 in Dallas, where I got to hear from some of my favorite childhood stars.
I show up 20-30 minutes early and stay until the job is done. Nothing is “not my job” when I’m asked to do something. I remain present and ready to assist at any moment. My invoices are clear, detailed and accurate, and I return texts and emails very quickly. And, of course, I am knowledgeable, experienced, skilled, and confident in what I offer.
My ideal client is one who respects their crew members equally, pays on time and fairly, and believes in what I have to offer.
