I believe that there is no true substitutes for work ethic, integrity, and leadership. I am a staunch advocate for showing up to jobs early, ready to get it done, and that no one is above any specific task. I also believe in doing tasks the smartest and most efficient way possible. Going through the right channels is paramount to respect everyone else on the team, and creatively solving problems is the key to make any production run smoothly. When working on a production, regardless of the medium or circumstances, we are all there to accomplish the same goal and to make that event happen.
